The benefits of utilising Aegate's patient safety
communication network are unique. Usual communications channels
such as fax or email are delivered only once, relying on the
pharmacists memory and good staff communication when it comes to
dispensing.
With Aegate, vital messages will be repeated each and every time
the item is dispensed until such time that the pharmacist is ready
to turn the message off. Our experiences to date show pharmacists
like to see messages between 4-6 times before they switch off.
